I’m excited to partner with Coach Zack Henderson for our 16-week online small group training program, “STRONGER THAN YESTERDAY”.
The training program is an integrated barbell and kettlebell strength training program and space is limited to ONLY 10 participants.
If you are an intermediate to advanced lifter with a solid base in the fundamental kettlebell skills, have some experience with barbell training, have regular access to kettlebells and a barbell, and want to maximize your 2017 training progress before the busy holiday season, then this program is for you!
For YOUR personalized training program you will choose to focus on ONE of the BIG THREE barbell lifts (bench, squat, or deadlift), PLUS TWO lifts from our kettlebell and bodyweight options (kettlebell military press, Turkish get-up, pull-up, pistol squat, and/or 1-arm push-up).

Program starts on August 1, 2017.
