Meghan Forman, Success Story: The 28-Day Kettlebell SHRED – Part III, 15lbs Lost & Before & After Pics

This is Part III of a series of testimonials with Iron Body client Meghan Forman. Since January 2012 Meghan lost 15lbs, a whole jean size and she discovered this summer that she has a completely new bikini body than she did one year ago. Here is more of her story…

By day 54 of her Kettlebell Shred Meghan had lost one whole jean size. Read more in Part II HERE about her results.

By June 15, 2012 Meghan reported a weight loss of 15lbs weighing in at 131lbs down from 146lbs back in January 2012. when she went away for vacation over July 4, 2012 she realized that she had a brand new bikini body than she did the previous summer. Below are her before and after pics to prove it… her “before” picture was taken on July 7, 2011 and her “after” picture was taken on July 7, 2012.
