Kendell Galor, LAT, ATC, CSCS, Athletic Trainer for UNLV Rebel Hockey & Pilates Instructor, attended my StrongFirst Kettlebell Course on March 25, 2018 in Las Vegas at Life Time Athletic-Summerlin and here is what she has to say about her experience and about how the course helped her,
“The StrongFirst kettlebell course was a huge help to me working with my hockey players! Artemis really is a fantastic coach, and her breathing and bracing cues have come in handy in almost every facet of my practice, whether it be in the strengthening side of Pilates and cueing for deeper muscle activation, or for my professional athletes and teaching them to properly stabilize during their lifts. It changes the way you handle kettle bells and the way you coach with them.
I highly recommend it if you use, or want to use, kettlebells with your clients!”
