Hi! I’m Artemis. I worked in the fitness industry for over 18 years, pivoted to business coaching at the start of 2020, and have been an entrepreneur for over 15 years. I am a coach, teacher, leader, international speaker and workshop presenter, and I have LITERALLY done it all. I have, - Worked in a commercial gym as both a personal trainer and group fitness instructor (2003 - 2011) - Left my soul crushing, 6-figure, corporate consulting job to work for $0 starting salary in a commercial gym and never looked back (2008) - Owned my own gym (2011 - 2016) - Owned an online business (2012 - present) - Was a Reebok Sponsored Athlete as a RebookONE Ambassador (2014 - 2017) - Created and taught my own women’s strength workshop I Am Not Afraid To Lift®, presented it nationally and internationally, and made it a GLOBAL brand (2014 - 2020) - Was a StrongFirst Team Leader (2016 - 2021) and currently remain TL Emeritus - Spoken at many well known fitness events such as the Perform Better Summit, Fitness Revolution Nation’s Elite Training Workshop, and Craig Liebson’s First Principles of Movement (alongside rockstars like, Rachel Balkovec, the first woman hitting coach for the MLB) (2014 - 2020) - Worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for Cirque du Soleil (2017 - 2019) - Ran an in-person training business out of my garage as a side gig to Cirque and my online business (2018 - 2019) - Left Cirque du Soleil to grow my part-time online fitness business to a full-time business and hit $100k in revenue within the first 10 months of going all in to make a full time gig (2019) In 2020 I pivoted to business coaching to mentor fitness, nutrition, health, and wellness professionals on how to grow lucrative, aligned businesses, and build a bulletproof money mindset. That year, I also hit multiple 6-figures with my online business. NOW I specifically mentor ALL female entrepreneurs, no matter their industry, who want to combine practical business principles and spiritual strategy to grow their online business. As an entrepreneur for over 15 years, I created and built many multiple 6-figure businesses like my gym, my online business, and my women’s strength workshop I Am Not Afraid To Lift®.
