“I’m a 47 year old mom and grandma. When I hired Artemis to be my trainer I have to be honest I was pretty sure even she couldn’t get me back into shape.
Somewhere in my 40’s, I lost the energy I needed to work out that was there in my 20’s and 30’s. I was tired all the time. I had no energy.
My doctor told me I had high cholesterol. I had tried every crazy diet ever and was still gaining weight, I was hungry all the time, and most of them weren’t sustainable.
