Small Changes = Significant Results
Change is scary, change is hard, most people fear change and it’s that FEAR of CHANGE that keeps people from improving their fitness or nutrition. BUT, did you know that even the smallest change can make a BIG difference and yield SIGNIFICANT results? Yes indeed. It can often only take one small change to see dramatic, positive results. At the same time, when making a change to your fitness and nutrition, e.g. incorporating a daily exercise routine if you are not currently exercising and/or replacing that piece of toast at breakfast with a piece of fruit, it’s best to make small, manageable changes, in doses of one to three small changes. Too many changes at once can often lead to failure.
