We took the online business leap and never looked back.

I know it’s scary as HELL during these times to take risks towards making your big business dreams come true.

If I’ve learned anything on my journey to becoming a CEO of a multiple 6 figure business is that failure can become our most powerful path to learning if we are willing to choose courage over comfort.

When fear would arise in my life, some of the things I used to tell myself were

What if I…

…Lose control of my business
…Am judged by other coaches
…Look weak asking for help
…Don’t actually make any money
…Transition 100% online and lose all my in-person clients or can’t find any new ones
…Get labeled a fitness coach fraud

And all those bullsh*t judgments and fears came from my own limiting beliefs and lack of self-worth I had, which sounded like…

‘I’m not good enough’
‘I don’t know enough’
‘I’m not doing enough’
‘It’s not the right time’
‘I don’t have good ideas’
‘I’ll probably fail’

Don’t get me wrong, some of those thoughts STILL pop up once in a while, but I don’t let them run the show.

How? Because I am in control, NOT my fear.  

I have done some serious inner work (yes, even some of the hippie sh*t too), but that stuff has been some of THE MOST eye-opening, life-changing, most important things I have applied to my life and my business over the last year and the results – mind blowing!
