pivoted, changed my client avatar, and created new offers and programs…

faced my shadows, busted through deep rooted limiting beliefs related to money and self-worth…

It was HARD…

I had resistance to A LOT of things…

I LIVED outside my comfort zone for ALL of 2020…

I wasn’t sure if I was making progress…

Sometimes I felt like I was stuck in the mud drowning in fear and anxiety…

BUT THEN 2021 arrived and I found my highest-self standing on a podium leading like an expert CEO.

This year,

I feel stable, calm, confident…

I’ve identified gaps in our business and taken action to close them…

I let social media fall off the priority list as I focused internally on our business, team, and clients…

I’ve demonstrated leadership to our team as it’s grown to a team of 6 and soon to be 7…

I’ve shifted my 1:1 client focus from helping new online business owners $0-$100k to helping experienced entrepreneurs, including partners, over $100k who want to, 
→ systematize and scale their business
→ hire a team
→ implement 6-figure launch strategy

While Eric’s 1:1 client focus is helping new online business owners $0-$100k.

Last year we closed March with $7.9k in revenue, this year we closed March with $30.7k, WHICH, is our new average.

Last year our first quarter revenue was $21.4k, this year our first quarter revenue (cash+contracted) EXCEEDS our ANNUAL revenue for 2019 at $117.2k.

It blows my mind how much I have up-leveled in one year, but I didn’t do it alone…

I spent OVER $75k in the past year on mentors, courses, team members, and contractors to get our business to where it is today.
