How I regulated my thyroid & Hashimoto’s Autoimmune Disease
I struggled for two years to regulate my Hashimoto’s Autoimmune Disease and low thyroid. I have had Hashimoto’s and low thyroid for 12 years and finally had it diagnosed properly in January 2018. I worked diligently with a physician for two years to regulate it, and had pretty much given up on it until I received my most recent lab results last Thursday.

Finally after two years I regulated my autoimmune antibodies down to a low number and regulated my thyroid so my thyroid is now normal! When I received this news, I felt like a huge weight was lifted off of my shoulders and that literally the skies opened up and the angels started to sing. I finally have my health back!
There were three specific things that I did that helped to regulate both the Hashimoto’s and thyroid. I share these three things, with detail, in the video below… they include:
- DIET as it relates to food insensitivities/intolerances/moderate food allergies and how your body creates antibodies against food.
- MEDICATION. There are specific thyroid medications that work more effectively for people with Hashimoto’s. I explain in the video below.
- CORTISOL. If your cortisol is not regulated then you will struggle to regulate your thyroid. I explain why in the video below.
