In Case You Were Wondering, I STILL LIFT.
Since I pivoted my online business this year to Business Coaching for Coaches and Fitness Professionals, I’ve been sharing more about the Online Fitness Business, and less about lifting.
But guess what?
I still lift.
I’m still a Strength Coach.
I still walk-the-walk, lift weights daily, and fuel my body with nutritious foods that support my training and optimal hormone balance.
In fact, since the start of the quarantine on March 16, I’ve been in my garage gym 7x/week – strength training 6x/week, with a cardio day of loaded step-ups 1x/week.
As a result, I’m STRONGER THAN EVER.
This quarantine has been FANTASTIC for my strength gains for getting me closer to my goal of StrongFirst Sinister.
The type of coaching that I offer now may be different, but I am still, and always will be, a Strength Coach.
Being a Strength Coach, is a FUNDAMENTAL part of who I am regardless of what type of services I offer.
This part of me is the solid foundation from which I built my business for the 17 total years I’ve been in the fitness business – of those 17 years: 12 years full-time, 8 years online.
This solid foundation allows me to be the absolute BEST BUSINESS COACH to other Strength Coaches and FitPros because I get them.
I TRULY GET THEM.
and THEIR BUSINESS.
When you’re a Coach, I know that sometimes it can be hard to imagine hiring someone to help you with your business. I KNOW, I’ve been there.
When we owned our facility, it took us 3 years until we FINALLY hired a business coach to help us.
We learned our lesson.
I will NEVER make the mistake of going without a Business Coach, EVER AGAIN.
Maybe you think you can do it all yourself?
Maybe you think you can piece together enough free information online to get what you need to add structure to your business?
Maybe you can’t fathom investing in someone who will help you with marketing, branding, messaging, service offerings, and social media, because you don’t even understand what any of that means?
Maybe it scares the crap out of you to invest in a Business Coach because then that will mean that your dream business will actually become a reality, and you will be on the hook to show up to do the work to make it happen?
Whatever the reason, remember that, whether strength training, fitness, or business, when you venture out of your comfort zone, you achieve GREATNESS.
