At 45, perimenopause took my abs and rocked my world. Despite meticulous nutrition and exercise, my body rebelled. Visceral fat became a concern. Refusing to accept this as my new reality, I utilized my fitness expertise and created a method to reclaim my abs. Now at 48, I’m thriving and helping others do the same.
