It’s a KettleBELL not a BALL. That is all.
I am sure that I am not alone in my frustration when I hear people refer to a KettleBELL as a KettleBALL, or receive emails with the subject line “Kettleball Training” or even worse, “Cattle Ball Class”. No, I did not just make that up. That really happened once.
What frustrates me beyond this are folks who continue to refer to the Kettlebell as a Kettleball even AFTER they begin and continue to train with the tool. If you are unable to take the time to learn what the tool that you are training with is correctly named, then how do you expect that you will be able to give your actual training the correct attention to detail that it requires??
SO, this is just a quick post to help clear any confusion on this subject…
It’s not a Kettleball, Cow Bell or Cattle Ball (what is that anyway? Cows playing baseball, basketball? Cows dressed in ball gowns?), and it never was. There are no cows or balls involved and it has ALWAYS been a Kettlebell. Repeat after me “KettleBELL”.
