The Female Fitness Formula
I am so excited about the women’s strength workshop, The Female Fitness Formula, that my friend, colleague and Co-Owner of Achieve Fitness, Lauren Perreault and I will be having on February 16, 2014. This workshop is great for both individuals who are not instructors or personal trainers, levels beginners to advanced, and even personal trainers. There is something to be learned for everyone.
The Female Fitness Formula is a no-frills blueprint of exactly what you should be doing in the gym and at home to elicit the long-lasting results you’ve been looking for. The workshop will be a day of learning and lifting. We will cover everything from bodyweight progressions for movements, to barbells and kettlebells, and we will even discuss nutrition. This workshop will provide you with comprehensive detail to help you find YOUR very own Female Fitness Formula; and if you are a personal trainer, it will provide you with additional knowledge that may help you to help your clients find their individual Female Fitness Formula.

“I have been working in the Fitness Industry for over 10 years. I made a drastic career change and left my job as an IT Consultant to pursue a career in fitness and I never looked back. Working in an office did not suit me as I have been an athlete all of my life. I was a ballet dancer for 23 years and then decided to hang up my ballet shoes to study Kung Fu. I obtained my black belt in Kung Fu in 2009; which, next to training and testing for my Russian Hardstyle Kettlebell Instructor Certification, was one of the hardest accomplishments that I have ever achieved.
