NOW, on to the subject of this email, and since it is a long weekend, DO YOU EAT THE SAME ON THE WEEKENDS AS YOU DO DURING THE WEEK?
One challenge that comes up for my EmpowerU online coaching clients is that they struggle to eat the same on the weekends as they do during the week. The reality is that you should eat the same on a Saturday or Sunday as you do on a Tuesday or Wednesday.
I help my EmpowerU online coaching clients learn that nutrition is a lifestyle and that they should be eating healthy, nutritious foods 7 days a week/365 days a year, regardless of whether it’s a weekend or a holiday, with a little moderation of alcohol, dessert and eating out mixed in here and there.
It takes practice and time to build this as a habit but once you master it, it becomes part of your lifestyle so it’s easy to maintain and sustainable long term.
SO, please share by responding to this post, Do you eat the same on the weekends as you do during the week? And if not, please share with me your biggest challenges I want to know!
Want to work with me? I have 3 spots available in my EmpowerU online coaching program.
