When I turned 30, I heard it was all downhill after 30.
Then when I turned 40, I heard the same thing.
Now, at 45 years old, and less than 3 months away from my 46th birthday, I hear the same thing about when I turn 50.
The thing is, I know this is all bullsh*t.
I AND my 40+ years old and 50+ years old Fitness and Nutrition clients are living proof that all of that is just LIES.
→ Completed the Iron Maiden Challenge at 38 years old.
→ Deadlifted 300lbs 1 month before my 40th birthday at my very first powerlifting meet.
→ Deadlifted 315lbs when I was 41 years old.
Since then, at 45 years old, I’ve continued to get stronger, and still be able to achieve physique change, even with a diagnosis of low thyroid and Hashimoto’s.

I wrote her a kettlebell program that fit her kettlebell home gym set – She trained with kettlebells and a pull-up bar in her living room.
She started with 2x per week training.
Then gradually she became stronger and more fit, and we added on a 3rd day.
