Yesterday for our vacation workout, the hubs and I did a quick circuit with the TRX and bands and then I ran 15 minutes of hill sprints while he ran the stairs at our vacation rental. Below is the video of this circuit as well as some simple instructions… ENJOY!

Set your timer for 18 rounds of a 40 sec work/ 20 sec rest split & do the following circuit for 3 rounds:

  1. TRX Squat to High Row
  2. TRX Chest Press
  3. TRX Front Squat with Hop
  4. Band Hinge to Row
  5. Side to Side Push-up
  6. Wide Legged Half Burpee (no jump)
