During a recent trip to Las Vegas, the author had a photoshoot that revealed impressive back muscles, achieved through a sensible fitness routine. The routine includes walking, strength training, and a balanced diet with supplements. Despite limitations, the author has attained a physique akin to a competitor’s with a holistic approach.
